The website www.custocy.com aims to provide information about the company’s activities in mainland France. CUSTOCY strives to provide on the site www.custocy.com information as accurate as possible. However, it can not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether they are due to its fault or the fault of third parties who provide this information.

CUSTOCY cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website www.custocy.com, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

7. Management of personal data

Personal data is notably protected by the French law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978 called “Informatique et Libertés” and the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 called “RGPD”. CUSTOCY only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of certain services.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the site www.custocy.com is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
